Yamazakura

Sasanokawa Shuzo Distillery is in the northeast region of Japan in the Fukushima region. The unique climate, using water from the melting snow makes it an ideal environment for whisky production. Yamazakura is a relatively new whisky in the distilleries portfolio. Sasanokawa Shuzo Distillery began in 1765 & boasts a 250 year history, mostly making Japanese Sake & Shochu.
